Help technically trained youth become employed

Help young technically trained girls and boys transform into technically employable workers who perform and grow with the organization. In the modern work environment, technical training is not sufficient for employment in relevant Jobs in Industry. Today, industry needs a mix of soft, employability skills, discipline and the willingness and ability to continuously learn and improve, solve problems and innovate. ETASHA’s 120-hour program builds on the strength of the technical training provided by Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) and Polytechnics, to develop the appropriate mindset, skills and behaviour for success in industry, and connects youth to relevant industry for placement. Contribute a mere Rs.3,000 per month for 2 months to help one person to bring to fruition the investment made by our country in his/ her future. Multiples of Rs.3000 for 2 consecutive months will help multiple young people.
